 Today, my mom and sister Squeak found a Lace Wing insect.This Lace Wing had three parts the parts are, the head, the thorax, and abdomen. All the legs are attached to the thorax. I also learned that the  Lace Wing hibernates when it is cold. The really cool thing was that it looked like it was talking to us.

On Saturday, I went to my cousin's house in Irvine. At their house, my cousins and I jumped on the trampoline, went egg hunting, painted, and went swimming.

 On the trampoline, we played a game called dead man and pretended to faint. My cousin Sophia pretended to hit her head and Sonia pretended to be dead.

When we went egg hunting my auntie told everyone that they each had one special egg, which had lipstick inside it. After egg hunting everyone got something to paint. I got a wooden bunny! The pool was very cold so everyone spent all their time in the hot tub!
I HAD A GREAT TIME AT MY COUSINS !!!!

TOOTH

Today, I lost my first molar! It is probably the biggest tooth I have ever lost. I am not going to put my tooth under my pillow to night because my dad has not seen it in person yet.

Birthday Fun

On January 31, 2017, I turned 11 YEARS OLD! From my mom and dad I got a super cool Lego set complete with a roller coaster and Ferris wheel. I also got a pair of shoes that has the world map on them. But my favorite gift they gave me was the Pride and Prejudice board game!! My ballet teacher Thais gave me super cozy Snoopy slippers and a card that had a Mariachi band of dogs that played drums and maracas!

My writing teacher, Mariel, gave me a Princess Paper Pop Up book and a gold sparkle pen and a fountain pen. The pen is just like the one Jane Austen used!

My Chinese teacher Angela gave me 22 dollars and a complete calligraphy set with Chinese black ink, an ink stone to make the ink on, as well as brushes and special calligraphy paper.

I also got purple rubber boots from my little sister Squeak and a pink robe that I'm wearing right now. My grandma gave me a lot of writing pads and neat books to record my thoughts and wishes.

CHRISTMAS

          On Christmas morning,  we found a million presents on the living room table and two giant presents on the floor. Although we woke up at 6:00, we did not want to open our presents before our dad woke up and we had an early skating lesson to get to, so we left him to sleep and tiptoed out to our class.

          When we got to the rink there there was almost no one there. The skating lesson was really fun and afterwards, I skated for another hour with my mom and sister. We then went home and opened out presents WITH our dad.

     My sister got a Barbie and spa and a lot of board games. My dad got Star wars socks and 12 kinds of tooth paste such as lavender, mint, licorice...
I got an antique Barbie and a doll house, several background scenes for Barbie and a maze book and many board games. My favorite present is the antique doll , which looks like Marie Antoinette !
