A big kick!!!!!!!!!!!

Giraffes eat all kinds of food. They love berries,fruit, and especially the Acacia tree.The Acacia tree is their favorite. Unfortunately, it has many thorns. Luckily for our friend BOO,who is a giraffe with a thick and rough tongue which helps her fight through the thorns, the only thing she does not eat is meat.

Boo has a long neck which helps her be a vegetarian. She can reach up and grab a branch that is high up. Her tongue helps her eat fruit that has thorns. Her legs make her taller than lions, and if lions attack she can kick with their strong legs.

Boo travels in a herd with her friends, Gigi and tomato and other giraffes. Traveling together keeps everyone safe. Lions would love to attack a nice tasty giraffe, but when the giraffes are traveling together it is nearly impossible. Baby giraffes are six feet tall. The babies drink their mom’s milk until they can eat greens and pay for a kid’s meal at Green's.com, “Five dollars please.’’

I would love to be a giraffe and be able to kick a tiger in the face.

Sometimes I hate how mean and scary the male lions get.

I would love to have a long neck and be able to eat prickly branches. I also would love to be six feet when I am just a baby. I would love to be a giraffe!

 Today, my mom and sister Squeak found a Lace Wing insect.This Lace Wing had three parts the parts are, the head, the thorax, and abdomen. All the legs are attached to the thorax. I also learned that the  Lace Wing hibernates when it is cold. The really cool thing was that it looked like it was talking to us.

On Saturday, I went to my cousin's house in Irvine. At their house, my cousins and I jumped on the trampoline, went egg hunting, painted, and went swimming.

 On the trampoline, we played a game called dead man and pretended to faint. My cousin Sophia pretended to hit her head and Sonia pretended to be dead.

When we went egg hunting my auntie told everyone that they each had one special egg, which had lipstick inside it. After egg hunting everyone got something to paint. I got a wooden bunny! The pool was very cold so everyone spent all their time in the hot tub!

TOOTH

Today, I lost my first molar! It is probably the biggest tooth I have ever lost. I am not going to put my tooth under my pillow to night because my dad has not seen it in person yet.

Birthday Fun

On January 31, 2017, I turned 11 YEARS OLD! From my mom and dad I got a super cool Lego set complete with a roller coaster and Ferris wheel. I also got a pair of shoes that has the world map on them. But my favorite gift they gave me was the Pride and Prejudice board game!! My ballet teacher Thais gave me super cozy Snoopy slippers and a card that had a Mariachi band of dogs that played drums and maracas!

My writing teacher, Mariel, gave me a Princess Paper Pop Up book and a gold sparkle pen and a fountain pen. The pen is just like the one Jane Austen used!

My Chinese teacher Angela gave me 22 dollars and a complete calligraphy set with Chinese black ink, an ink stone to make the ink on, as well as brushes and special calligraphy paper.

I also got purple rubber boots from my little sister Squeak and a pink robe that I'm wearing right now. My grandma gave me a lot of writing pads and neat books to record my thoughts and wishes.
